We provide volunteer home maintenance & repairs for elderly, disabled, & low-income homeowners for low, and sometimes no, fee.
- Volunteers perform home & yard maintenance (cleaning, yard work, etc.), cosmetic upgrades (painting, wallpaper, powerwashing, etc.), and construction repairs/remodeling as needed.
- Electrical and Plumbing work to be performed by appropriately licensed volunteers and/or paid individuals
- All activities are overseen by Shawn Mitchell (General Contractor) and/or other appropriately licensed and recognized individuals.
- These projects create a highly relational atmosphere that cultivates relationship building.
- We ask, but do not strictly require, that homeowners and/or their friends & family & neighbors join us for the workday whenever feasible. We also ask that homeowners contribute to the cost of materials and repairs as they are able.
